Until 31st July 2024, any cancellation requests outside the ‘cooling-off period will be considered only if you have not been accepted into your chosen London University. Each cancellation request will be taken on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by documents confirming university refusal. If cancellation is approved, you will be released from the contract and your accommodation fee will be refunded less the prepayment. After 31st July 2024, cancellations outside the ‘cooling-off period will not be considered.

If you have not exercised your right to cancel pursuant to clause 1 and 2 and/or you have failed to comply with your obligations in bookings terms and conditions, we may at our option cancel your Booking. If we choose to do this we will notify you of our decision by email. 
If your Booking is cancelled by us pursuant to clause above:

• we will be entitled to keep your Booking Payment; 
• you will still be liable to pay us all Fees due from you as stated in the Booking Confirmation; and 
• you will be liable for any other loss or expenses we have suffered.
