We will cancel your booking without penalty if your place at the University is rejected, subject to the student sending Iconinc a copy of the University rejection letter within 48 hours. Cancellations will only be accepted before 12th August 2026. Applicable for 26/27 bookings only.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, with immediate effect, if payments for your booking have not been made within the agreed time frames. Or you break the contract anyway. 
may also cancel your booking in the event of severe weather conditions, acts of terrorism, fire, flooding, power failure, emergency evacuation, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such a cancellation, we will endeavour to contact you in advance and advise alternative options.
