- A non-refundable deposit equal to two week's rent is required at booking to secure the bed and cover the first two weeks.
- Short stays (under 13 weeks) must pay a security bond of $200 for shared rooms or $500 for studios on arrival.
- Long stays (over 13 weeks) pay a security bond equal to four weeks’ rent before arrival.
- The security bond is refundable if the room is left clean and undamaged and all charges are cleared.
- The deposit is refundable only for visa refusals with an official refusal letter.
