Our 115 sqm Cluster 6 is the perfect combination of shared and private living. With six individual bedrooms and shared living space the Cluster 6 is superb for hanging out with your roomies while also being able to retreat to your own private 10 sqm bedroom – fitted out with a single bed, desk and storage.
*Note:
- A non-refundable deposit equal to two week's rent is required at booking to secure the bed and cover the first two weeks.
- Short stays (under 13 weeks) must pay a security bond of $200 for shared rooms or $500 for studios on arrival.
- Long stays (over 13 weeks) pay a security bond equal to four weeks’ rent before arrival.
- The security bond is refundable if the room is left clean and undamaged and all charges are cleared.
- The deposit is refundable only for visa refusals with an official refusal letter.
